The Mana-Ita concept was developed to mark the transition from a busy day at work, to spend the time cooking dinner as a relaxing activity. Opening the cutting board to take out the knife becomes a small ritual itself to get ready for preparing the food.The cutting board is made of solid oak and can contain a knife inside.
